Ten years ago, my design journey began when I moved to the U.S. after getting married. At first, everything felt fresh and exciting, but over time, life began to feel monotonous. With a background in engineering and the limitations of an H4 visa during the 2008 recession, finding work in my field was nearly impossible.

In search of purpose, I rediscovered my childhood passion for drawing and painting. After creating several pieces, I started selling them at local markets. During one exhibit, someone suggested I look into digital design, like graphic design. That night, I Googled it, amazed by what people were creating with Adobe software.

Inspired, I enrolled at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, embarking on my design adventure. I interned with photographers, artists, and design agencies, each opportunity leading to the next. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from startups like Wanderu and LookOut to major tech companies like Apple, Tinder, and OkCupid, as well as small businesses.

Looking back, this journey has been more than a career—it’s a testament to the resilience that comes from following your passions. Today, I'm not just a designer; I'm a storyteller, shaping my own path and turning life into an inspiring masterpiece. And the best part? The journey is far from over. There are still new experiences and opportunities waiting to be painted on the canvas of my future.
